  • This is a private not for profit facility providing FREE personal one on one training to locals in and around Mandeville LA or members of our GlobalFight wrestling website. The purpose of this gym is for hardcore lifters (or those trying to become a powerlifter) to workout in a team environment with buddies who can talk about routines without being rushed to get off equipment as when working out at a public gym

  • Bench press and squats currently 500 pound capacity, more will be purchased as needed
  • Central air provides heating and cooling all year plus facility has HEPA filtration and dehumidifier
  • This facility also provides picture shoots for ArmGar.com and pays guys $100-$300 per workout to photograph their routines. If interested in getting paid to workout ask Gary for information


Gym has professional DJ sound system provided by Gary who has worked as a club sound tech and DJ for 8 years.


Batca multi-station gym with tricep pushdown, pulldown, squat press, leg press, leg curl, military press, pec deck, ab cruncher, leg lifts, lat pulls, row machine, sit up bar, pull ups and a variety of mix and match routines


Bench press with 500 pound weight capacity will be upgrading to a second bench with 300 pounds additional weights next week. Currently a variety of dumbells up to 90 pounds and two weight rack systems with hundreds of pounds of additional weight plates on each

Padded carpet and padded bench by Powerhouse. EZ Clamps for securing weights and incline/decline benches

Fitness Gear and York weightlifting plates

Assorted speed bags and punching bag on adjustable racks

Zbar Curl Bars with locking collars, incline benches and lighter weight sets for supersets or wall curls

Batca features multi routines at each station such as tricep push, bench press or pec deck

Squats, deadlifts, calf raises, leg presses, quad curls and an assortment of other routines are available on the Batca or free standing leg machine
